For addresses located in the UK, all orders will be shipped out using Royal Mail First Class Recorded. For this service there is a flat fee of £5.00, which covers postage and package along. All packages will be posted securely to prevent any damage in the post. Orders are usually received within 2 days however please allow 7 working days to receive your order before contacting us.

For addresses outside of the Europe, please e-mail prior to ordering so that arrangements can be made.

We have a 100% success rate to countries within Europe but have also had success with countries further afield.

In cases of seizures by customs, it will be your choice whether we resend the product otherwise a full refund will be granted.
